The patient decides. Nothing is shared until they actively consent. Those who opt in are connected to the appropriate resource, whether that is a law firm, a clinical trial, or a financial assistance program, while your practice remains a trusted presence without handling legal representation.

Koble Cares integrates with Epic, Cerner, and Allscripts through FHIR and HL7. The Koble Cares application is registered within Epic's infrastructure.
Machine learning and natural language processing analyze de-identified data to surface eligibility.
Matching criteria update continuously as new advocacy pathways open, so no patient is overlooked because their case arrived too early.
Privacy is not a feature we added late. It is the constraint the platform was designed around: end-to-end encryption, role-based access controls, full audit logging, minimum necessary data handling, and a Business Associate Agreement with every partner practice.
