Attorney and entrepreneur with decades leading technology and data security at AmLaw 100 firms. CIPP certified since 2007, co-founder of a venture-backed data analytics company, with deep expertise in regulatory compliance, privacy law, and healthcare advocacy.
Dr. Vipul Kella, Chief Medical Officer
Emergency physician, digital health builder, and healthcare executive with more than eighteen years of clinical and hospital leadership, Fortune 500 consulting experience, and board seats at multiple health-technology companies.
Jimmy Donlon, Chief Revenue Officer
Twenty-five year tech startup entrepreneur and C-suite sales executive who leads go-to-market strategy and partner development. His own experience with cancer treatment shapes how Koble Cares approaches patients, and his health-technology network opens the doors that matter early.
Octavia Cole, Chief Operations Officer
Nearly twenty years guiding high-growth companies through transformational phases, with a focus on operational infrastructure, process efficiency, and building teams that perform under pressure.
Dan Casson, Chief Technology Officer
Leads platform development and EHR integration, including the Koble Cares application registered within Epic's infrastructure. Owns architecture, API connectivity, and the patient portal.
Amber Watson, Chief Relationship Officer
Amber brings more than 25 years of business development and relationship management experience across Johnson & Johnson, Bloomberg, and LexisNexis. She leads strategic partnership development with healthcare providers, legal professionals, and community organizations. A Certified CPD AI Consultant, Amber also serves as Chief Marketing Officer on the Board of the S.M.A.R.T. Foundation and is a longtime advocate for women’s empowerment and community health.
